Spanish House With Beautiful Views
Villas are normally associated with detached houses
in a large plot of land and often with outbuildings, but who searches
for "Spanish house" on the Internet when looking for holiday
accommodation? I usually type villa when searching, but it would
be a shame for people to miss this lovely new holiday house rental.

Completed in November 2004 with top quality materials and sited
in one of the prime spots of Terra Moraira urbanisation; it has
3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 sun terraces, car parking
space, garden and communal pool. Although not a villa it has enough
seclusion for private sun bathing and meals on the terrace.

The front door leads into a reception area which is linked to the
living space that includes comfortable seating with a log burning
fire and dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is
at the front of the house and has a serving hatch into the living
area from where the patio doors lead to the lower sun terrace which
is nice and big and stretches across to the master bedroom also.
Stairs lead down to the small private garden.
On
this lower level is also the master bedroom and the large shower
room. The bedroom has integral wardrobes and patio doors leading
again to the lower terrace that has stunning views over the valley.
The stairs by the front door lead up to two further bedrooms, a
bathroom and a door leading to the upper terrace that shares the
view over the beautiful valley and countryside.
There is also a roof terrace, but we have to put stairs in to access
it- maybe one day, I bet the view from the roof is spectacular.

Built into the hills, the series of townhouses naturally blend
into the surrounding countryside and form a modern interpretation
of the traditional 'pueblo style' This theme is echoed throughout
the house with rustic stoneware floors leading to a covered terrace
on the ground floor and an extensive open solarium on the upper
level with a terrace size of almost 50m².
The master bedrooms have en suite bathrooms finished to the highest
standards with top quality Roca sanitary ware.
It also benefits from a private parking space and also offers a
communal swimming pool with a separate children's pool surrounded
by lush gardens and spacious walkways. This bright and comfortable
3 bedroom home and the beauty of the surrounding scenery combine
to create a quality of life that is truly exceptional.

Airport Transfers
The cost of a return taxi from Alicante or Valencia can be as much
as € 250 (£ 205), shopping
around on the internet I've had quotes for a lot less, but it's
still comparable with a hire car, but if you don't or can't drive
make sure you do shop around for that taxi ride.
